Senior Advisor SEA
Dr. Juan Lucas Rosas is a Senior Advisor with a focus on Vietnam. He has been working as a hospital administrator for almost 12 years, first as Chief Medical Officer and currently as Quality Management Director in two international JCI-accredited hospitals. In both positions, he has been a part of the Executive Committee in charge of the overall direction of these institutions.
In his current tenure in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, he works as the Quality Management Director of one of the most modern hospitals in the country. He was the Chief Medical Officer in a leading hospital in Manila, Philippines, a position he held for 6 years. He had served as a Medical Director of one of the pioneer HMOs in the Philippines. Prior to becoming a healthcare administrator, he worked as a clinician and academician as ENT specialist and assistant professor for over 20 years.
He is an alumnus of University of the Philippines, Ateneo Graduate School, and most recently, Harvard Medical School for its HMS-SEAL Hospital Leadership Program.
His greatest passion is to be able to make a difference in the region to assure that a financially sustainable healthcare of highest quality and safest care is available to all patients.
